Built a full-stack luxury concierge brand from scratch—brand identity, tech systems, client ops, and marketing stack—in just 60 days.

OVERVIEW

At the time of engagement, the client had no digital presence, brand assets, or operational infrastructure—just a vision to offer luxury-grade personal concierge services to HNIs, creators, and founders across India and abroad. The biggest challenge wasn’t just launching the brand—it was engineering the entire backend and frontend of trust. TRNDYCO Global was brought in to own this journey end-to-end: from brand positioning to digital system design, customer experience, and GTM execution.

We built the brand identity rooted in luxury minimalism, mapped every touchpoint of the customer experience, and crafted a smooth, automated onboarding + task management system using tools like Notion, Zapier, WhatsApp Business, and Typeform. Our focus was to make the concierge backend invisible yet bulletproof—so the team could deliver VIP-level execution without needing a large ops team or complex tech stack.

THE CHALLENGE

The concierge business model demands extreme responsiveness, operational excellence, and brand trust. But without a backend system, service requests were inconsistent, and there was no process for onboarding clients, managing tasks, assigning vendors, or measuring SLAs.

Another major challenge was the brand's intangible nature—it needed to feel premium before clients even onboarded. This meant the visual language, copy, tone, and client interactions had to speak luxury, discretion, and speed—all while being manageable by a lean team.

THE SOLUTION

TRNDYCO took a modular, systems-first approach. We began with brand strategy workshops to define the voice, audience, and promise. From this foundation, we designed the identity system—logo, palette, tone, pitch deck, and website structure on Framer.

Parallelly, we engineered the backend:

  • Typeform + Calendly for seamless booking and onboarding

  • Zapier to automate client entries into Notion CRM

  • Custom Notion dashboards for internal team task views, client-specific folders, and SLA timelines

  • WhatsApp quick replies & SOP templates for faster client comms

  • Weekly check-ins auto-triggered via WhatsApp for high-touch follow-ups

We also created an internal SOP framework—ensuring new team members could onboard in under 48 hours, with role-based task guidelines and concierge workflows.

The result? A brand that feels like Soho House but operates like Amazon. Clients experienced frictionless onboarding, responsive turnaround times, and white-glove service—all managed from a lean backend requiring zero-code development.
