Detailed Role Description:
TRNDYCO Global is on the hunt for a bold, culture-obsessed Creative Strategist / Content Director who can turn scroll-stopping ideas into brand movements. This role blends deep creative thinking with performance insights to lead content narratives across fashion, media, tech, and creator-driven brands.
You’ll be the bridge between ideas and execution—crafting story arcs, overseeing high-performing content, and collaborating with design, marketing, and strategy teams. If you live at the intersection of culture, creativity, and conversion—we want you in the room.
What You’ll Do:
Develop brand-first creative strategies across multiple platforms
Lead ideation and execution of campaigns, visuals, and content calendars
Collaborate with designers, editors, and performance marketers
Craft content that is optimized for Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond
Guide tone, messaging, and storytelling for maximum cultural impact
Analyze content performance and iterate for constant improvement
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years in a creative leadership or strategy role
Proven experience with brand storytelling and campaign development
Aesthetic eye with strategic depth—equal parts left + right brain
Strong copy skills and the ability to brief designers/editors clearly
Fluency in pop culture, Gen Z digital behavior, and trend spotting
Bonus: content production experience or motion/short-form directing skills
