About the Role
TRNDYCO Global is on the hunt for a data-driven, results-obsessed Performance Marketer who knows how to turn ad budgets into business growth. If you live inside Meta Ads Manager, dream in CAC/ROAS ratios, and geek out over funnel performance, we want you on our scale squad. You’ll be working across brands in fashion, content, and creator economy—scaling what sells.
What You'll Do
Plan and launch paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
Analyze data to optimize CAC, ROAS, and conversion funnels
Build test-and-learn roadmaps for scaling winning creatives
Collaborate with creative teams to brief UGC, static, and motion ad formats
Work with founders and brand leads to align on campaign KPIs
Manage budgets and automate reporting with dashboards and tools
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of hands-on media buying experience
Deep understanding of paid funnel strategy and campaign metrics
Proven track record of scaling eCommerce or D2C brands
Experience with tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Triple Whale, or similar
Bonus: experience working with agencies or creator-led brands
Even bigger bonus: performance creative strategy experience
